    Shipping Policy

    Thanks for shopping at Flirt Poles We are committed in producing the fastest shipping times possible.  The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed with in 1-3 business days.

    Due to high volume of the popularity of our Flirt Poles, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please expect additional days in transit for delivery.  If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you by email.

    Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Package?

    If you have placed an order for multiple items, they may be shipped from different international warehouses depending on which one has the items available for quickest shipping. In some cases, if an item is in high demand and temporarily out of stock, we may ship the items in your order at different times and in separate packages in order to get them to you as quickly as possible without delaying your entire order.

     

    Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes.

    Flirt Poles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after the shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

    If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.  We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender, however if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain shipping fee incurred. For a third attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price (applies to international and domestic orders).

     

    Damages

    If you received damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@flirtpoles.com right away.  We will replace damages goods within 24 hours of a "delivered" status.
